Bookings and Reservation:

• “Please ensure you include your event date and name as a reference.”
• “Once we receive the booking deposit, the date will be confirmed. Failure to make a payment will leave the date open to other potential clients.”

Cancellation:

• “If a client cancels within three months of the event, Mir Productions is entitled to the full remaining payment. Cancellation prior to three months will incur a 50% charge of the agreed-upon package.”

Pre-Wedding Catchup:

• “To capture your event to its best potential, please provide Mir Productions with a detailed written plan/schedule. You may contact us via call/text/email, ideally a week before your event, for a face-to-face meeting.”

Duty Of Client:

• “The client will obtain all necessary permissions for Mir Productions to photograph at the event location. Mir Productions is not responsible for obtaining permissions from reception centers, churches, buildings, or other locations.”

Event Capture, Delivery & Assistance:

• “The selection of images/videos is at the discretion of the Photographer/Videographer. The Client shall assist and cooperate in obtaining desired photographs. Positive cooperation and punctuality are essential.

1.Client agrees that Mir Productions cannot guarantee certain poses or coverage quality and that Mir Productions shall in no way be held liable for compromised coverage due to interference from third parties or the environment. Further, Mir Productions shall not be responsible for footage not taken because of Client’s failure to provide reasonable assistance or cooperation, allocating appropriate time/travel. Mir Productions team member have the right to end the session, without refund, due to a lack of cooperation, disrespect and offending team members or SAFETY CONCERNS.

2. If Photographer/Videographer is unable to perform the services in this contract due to any cause outside its control, such as fire, flood, casualty, an act of God, or any other reasonable cause, Client agrees to indemnify photographer/videographer for any loss, damage or liability.

3.Client agrees to indemnify and hold Mir Productions harmless for any liability, damage, or loss related to technological failure, including cameras, hard drives, and memory cards. Mir Productions will take reasonable steps to prevent data loss but is not liable for loss of data due to technical failure.

4.Client understands and agrees that Mir Productions will retain copies of a reasonable number of photos from the Shoot for 180 days after capture. After this period has expired, Mir Productions has no duty to retain copies of original files or photos from the event. It is the responsibility of Client to purchase, store, and backup photos/videos after the agreed-upon period.

5.Client agrees and understands that the quality of a photograph/video is entirely subjective. Mir Productions is not required to cater to the specific aesthetic preferences of Client.

6. Photographer/videographer retains the right to omit any image. It is understood that Photographer will not deliver every exposure taken. Food General video coverage during reception dinner can be covered at clients requests however individual food table coverage while people are eating is not a service we will provide as they are out fashioned and considered rude by many.

Delivery: Delivery schedule can take upto 12 weeks After the event, the Photographer/videographer will perform basic post-processing or digital image editing services on these photos where artistically necessary. however these time limits will not apply if the client has special requests for editing but are delaying providing the necessary material. Re-Edits: Any Major reedits will incur a $500 minimum fee. After 7 days of our final copy delivery and no contact from client we assume that client is happy with everything received. The changes are limited to technical errors only. MIR PRODUCTIONS requests that songs be provided by THE CLIENT after the wedding day. If we received the song list few months after the wedding. The post-production process will start from the day that we received the songs. (Up to 12 weeks). MIR PRODUCTIONS will select the songs if THE CLIENT has not provided the songs in writing before the wedding day. If THE CLIENT changes their mind on song selection after the edit has commenced or completed, then a minimum $500 re-edit fee will apply.

File delivery The Client will receive photos/video via digital download/USB Drive with print release for personal use. Digital download/USB Drive includes images for printing and may be used on social media or email. The Client understands that when publishing photos online, the client will not edit the photos in any way. We humbly request you to tag us on the photos if shared online as to give credit of art and appreciation.

Drone usage: Although we do we do endeavor to make this possible. Use of drone is subject to Civil Aviation Safety Authority. We might not be able to capture drone in every location. If in case we are unable to fulfil this requirement we’ll refund you the money paid for this service. Customer will not be entitled for any refund if they haven’t paid specific money for use of drone. example added as part of a special promotion at no extra cost to customer.

Providing Meals: We do have special diet. If Mir Productions will be shooting the reception and food is provided, commonly a meal is provided to our team or they are allowed time to eat their own food (specially if the event is an all-day event).

Substitution. We may substitute another equally skilled photographer/videographer in the case of illness or scheduling conflicts. 

Copyright. The Photographer/videogrpaher has the nonexclusive, irrevocable, perpetual, and international rights to use, publish, crop, modify, reproduce, and distribute any photos taken at the wedding, in print and in all other formats, methods, and technologies of distribution of any kind, now known or later developed. Therefore, it is strictly illegal for the Client to modify, copy, or reproduce the photographs without the written permission of the Photographer.

Work Conduct The Client agrees that Photographer/videographer shall be the sole and exclusive photographer/videographer for the events specified in the invoice for services listed. The Client agrees and understands that no party other than Photographer/videographer may take pictures of any poses, lighting situations, or setups made by the Photographer.

NON-PAYMENT OF BALANCE: MIR PRODUCTIONS may charge THE CLIENT an additional $500 if the balance is not paid within 2 weeks of notification of due date. It is THE CLIENT’s responsibility to notify MIR PRODUCTIONS if their contact details change. If after 8 weeks from the notification date payment has not been received, MIR PRODUCTIONS will unfortunately be required to submit an application to VCAT for the outstanding balance to be paid

Weather Contingency:

• “In the event of adverse weather conditions affecting the scheduled outdoor shoot, Mir Productions will work with the client to find suitable alternatives. However, no refunds will be provided due to weather-related changes.”

Travel Expenses:

• “For events located outside [specific radius], additional travel expenses may apply. These expenses will be communicated to the client in advance and are in addition to the agreed-upon package.”

Additional Hours:

• “If the event extends beyond the agreed-upon duration, additional hours may be added at an extra cost. This will be communicated and agreed upon with the client during the event.”

Album Design and Approval:

• “For clients purchasing albums, Mir Productions will provide a design for review. The client has [specific number] days to provide feedback and approve the design. Failure to respond within the specified timeframe will result in the design being considered approved.”
